THE duo of Messrs Chudi Kalu, Founder, Africa’s Property Investment Group AFPING, and Alex Adefarasin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Arkbridge Integrated Limited, a Lagos-based real estate development firm, at the weekend disclosed the massive opportunities that abound in the Ibeju-Lekki corridor, Lagos, in terms of property investment along the axis.
The property experts who are the promoters of ‘Silent Lekki Investment Option’ who jointly spoke to Vanguard Homes & Property on the benefits of investing in Lekki property market, said investment thinking individuals who want to retire well in the future should invest in something that can generate extra money or cash-flow for them outside the regular take home monthly package, pointing out that investment in landed property in Lekki axis is a guarantee to retire well.
In a bid to demystify the notion that one must have several millions of naira to invest in real estate in Lekki, Arkbridge, a real estate development company in partnership with consortium led by African Property Investment Group (AFPING) is organising an investment forum for members of the public interested in investing in the sector.
Managing Director of Arkbridge Alex Adefarasin said, “what we are trying to explain through the forum is that though Lekki property market is so primed that it seems to be the most vibrant and lucrative in Lagos real estate market; we are through the forum going to make it clearer and easier to understand that anybody can invest in it. And this is why we have involved Chudi Kalu led AFPING, a crowd funding investment company.”
He noted in a press conference held at Niger Palace Hotel, Sabo Yabo, Lagos over the weekend that Arkbridge which has been in business for seven years takes time to come up with projects adding that the investment forum which comes up on Monday at Radissons Blue, Anchorage Hotel, Victoria Island Lagos is entitled “Cracking the silent Lekki Property market.” He said, “we are partnering with AFPING group to examine the real estate market in Lekki for the benefit of those who are expecting to invest in real estate business. The reason behind the theme came out of the notch of wanting to do something based on current trend particularly in Lagos property market.
The country’s housing deficit is an opportunity for savvy investors to take advantage of, the Founder of Africa’s Property Investment Group, Chudi Kalu, has said.
According to Kalu, the Lekki area of Lagos is one of the locations investors should consider for investment as the area will in the future generate more than 70 per cent of Lagos’ revenue.
Speaking ahead of the ‘Cracking the Lekki silent property market conference’, organised by AFPING, Kalu said, “It makes economic sense to invest in a private and a secure property investment deal that is guaranteed to help you retire rich.”
He added that the AFPING was putting the forum, billed for June 10, together to help investors see the figures, facts and returns of investing in the area.
